Our parent and Tot program is designed for parents and children 18 months to 3 yrs of age. The focus is on child development by learning different movement patterns in a fun, creative gym setting. Parents and children participate together with instruction from their coach.

Independence starts now as three year olds develop basic gymnastics skills in a playful yet structured environment
4-5 yrs

The kindergym program is a physical program designed to keep the child active. An hour is spent creating self-confidence, and developing strength, balance and flexibility.
4-6 yrs

Our advanced kindergym classes are specially designed for children who have developed some basic skills and are ready to participate in a slightly more challenging program. There is added focus on proper form and conditioning of the athlete.
6-8 years

The junior recreational program is an opportunity for those new to the sport or those coming from the kindergym program to make a smooth transition to recreational. Some of the basic skills learned are front rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges and walkovers.
6-9 years

The focus is on strength, flexibility, co-ordination and muscle conditioning using mainly the boys' equipment.
7 yrs +
1.5 hours
After at least one year in recreational children progress at their own pace as they try to perfect certain skills like handstands and cartwheels.
12-14

Regular classes for older children between the ages of 11 and 13.
8 yrs + (Level 3 +)
2.5 hours
This class is for serious athletes who are looking for more challenge. Athletes will spend more time mastering skills on the vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
14+ yrs

This class is geared toward those of you who are teens or adults and would like to try the wonderful sport of gymnastics again or for the first time. It is never too late to give it a try. The independent athlete trains under a qualified coach in an open gym atmosphere.
7-10 yrs

A class developed for dancers who want to learn to perfect cartwheels, handstands and walkovers.
Adult

For those who want to improve their overall physical fitness level. Class incorporates multiple techniques to improve flexibility and gain strength.
6 years +
1-2 hours
A tumbling and conditioning class designed to teach skills such as round-offs, back handsprings and back tucks that are specific to competitive cheerleading. Participants should be members of a registered cheerleading team.
8 years +
1 hour
Bounce to your heart's content and learn to flip and twist in the air.
